The Organization...

The District employs 18 full time employees in three divisions-- Administration, Collection System and Wastewater Facility. The Administrative Division consists of The District Manager, District Accountant and Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper (Customer Service Representative). The Line Maintenance Division is staffed by a Line Superintendent, Line Foreman and crew members. The Treatment Facility is divided into four departments-- Operations, Maintenance, Laboratory Services and Management . Operations consists of three operators. Maintenance consists of two maintenance technicians. Laboratory Services consists of a chemist and a biologist and provides for all in-house testing and performs outside contract testing as well. The Treatment Facility has its own State Certified Drinking Water Laboratory and provides this as a service to the public at large. Treatment Facility Management consists of a Superintendent and a Lead Operator.
