ACSD Customers:

In order to make the payment of your utility bills more convenient and in response to customer suggestions, the ACSD customer service department is announcing the implementation of a new automated bill-paying program.  With your authorization, instead of sending us a check each quarter for you sewer service, we can automatically debit your bank account.  This account can be located anywhere in the United States, and is not limited to the banks of the Aspen area.

After we receive your authorization to proceed, we will need 30 days to implement the procedure, assuming that no problems are encountered.  We will then debit your account each quarter; January 20, April 20, July 20, October 20, or on the closest business day accordingly.

If you are interested in participating in this program, please complete the attached authorization form.  Also, in order to confirm the account you wish to have your bills paid from, please include a voided check from that account.
